5.10. PREPARING THE TRAILED MACHINE FOR WORK

Bring the machine from the transport to the work position:

1. Load the spring of the latch A and hook up the control lever B.

2. Act on the hydraulic distributor 1 of the tractor and lower the wheels of the trailer thereby lifting the machine

3. Lift the lower arms of the tractor and lift the machine completely

4. Act on the hydraulic distributor 2 and unfold the machine

5. Act on the hydraulic distributor 1 of the tractor and lift the machine by lifting completely the wheels of the trailer

6. Lower the lower arms of the tractor until the frame is horizontal.

5.11. STORAGE

It is advisable if the machine to remain inactive for a long period time :

•

Wash the implement , particularly removing any fertilizer and chemical products.

•

Carefully check what the machine is in perfect condition.

It will be of your interest to find it ready for use when you need it again.

•

Throughly lubricate the implement and lastly protect it ; store in a dry place.
