1.
Always ensure the power has been turned on.
2.
Follow the maintenance section. Ensure the water outlet is not blocked.
3.
Locate the impeller and shaft and inspect for damage and clear the fittings
and parts of any waste build-up.
4.
Check that your impeller and shaft are seated correctly.
5.
Ensure the impeller is free of any type of blockage and can rotate freely
inside the motor head.

The Light on My 700IF+ Isn't Working
If the UV indicator at the front of the filter is not lighting up follow these
troubleshooting steps:
1.
Clean the UV indicator.
2.
Check that you have power from the mains supply.
3.
Please check for signs of damage or water ingress to
quartz sleeve and bulb area. You might need to
replace your quartz sleeve and/or O-Rings if that’s the
case. Ensure that all O-rings are in place and well lubricated.
5.
If the above does not solve the issue replace the UV bulb.
6.
If you find that the UV light is still not operational after the bulb replacement,
the UV ballast may have developed a fault and you will need to contact the
supplier of your unit to obtain replacement parts.
Please remember
that UV bulb should be replaced every 6 months.
