Power supply cable with alligator cable

*

You can connect your stick reader to any 12V DC power supply such as a car, truck,
tractor, or motorbike battery. The Stick Reader is connected through the socket
located on the back of the Stick Readers data cable as shown in step 2.

The reader is protected for reverse polarity connections.

Step 1

Connect the black alligator clip to
the negative terminal (-). Connect
the red alligator clip to the positive
terminal (+).

Step 2

Connect the other end of the battery
cable into the power socket located
at the end of the Stick Readers data
cable

Step 3

You should now be ready to start
using your stick reader. Press the
READ button momentarily and
observe the red lamp flashes,
indicating that it is receiving power.
