FactoryTalk Analytics for Devices
Ask questions through the Ask Shelby chat interface at the bottom, left corner of every screen. Every question that you
ask helps train the appliance to understand your needs, even when the appliance does not know the answer today.
Download the Security Certificate
1.
From the Explorer tab of the appliance web services, click the Control Panel (
) and the System tab.

Click Download SSL Certificate and follow the prompts to save the file on your computer.
Additional Settings
From the Explorer tab of the appliance web services, select the Control Panel (
) to change configuration settings.
You can:
•
Restart or shut down the appliance.
•
Reset the appliance to factory settings.
•
Select specific devices or ranges of devices for the appliance to monitor.
•
Define network access for ETH1 and ETH2 ports.
•
Initiate an update for the appliance.
IMPORTANT
To avoid problems with the appliance, click the Shutdown Appliance button on the Control Panel to turn off the
appliance. Do not disconnect power.
