Racking Configuration
Disperse your bottles evenly throughout the unit so as not to concentrate weight in any one area. This also helps to
provide an even temperature range throughout the unit. Make sure that bottles are not all grouped together either at
the top or bottom of the cabinet. Never try to pull out more than one sliding shelf at a time as it can cause the appliance
to tip forward.
You can remove a shelf to accommodate larger diameter bottles on the shelf below it. To remove a shelf, pull it out as
far as you can. There are levers on each side of the shelf near the rollers. Left the lever on the left hand side and push
down the lever on the right hand side to remove the shelf from the tracks.
This FlexCount Series wine refrigerator has specially designed shelves that maximize the internal cabinet space while
also providing stable support for the wine bottles. The thin metal base is stronger than normal wood shelves and will
not sag over time. Slats in the shelves allow for air flow to ensure even temperatures in the cabinet and wood slats on
the shelves cradle bottles with various diameters.
The Allavino Wine Cellar has 12 shelves that can hold up to 3 bottles each for a maximum bottle capacity of 36 bottles.
Unlike most undercounter wine refrigerators, the maximum capacity can be reached with many different bottle sizes
and is only affected when adding in larger Pinot or Champagne bottles. See the chart on the next page for tips on how
