Problem

Cause and Solution

Failed to power

A. The battery is used up –charge the battery or change to a
new battery.
B. Possible hardware faulty. Contact your dealer.

Voice is low

A. Speak closer to the microphone or speal loud.
B. wrong volume setting – turn the volume knob clockwise to
increase the audio level.

Failed to transmit

or receive

A: Not pressing the PTT key firmly enough.

B: Check the Channel, group and signaling settings.

C: Out of communication range.
