1.3.12.2 Time and Temperature Setting
The second digit of the Area-Setting is used for the display mode of the time and
temperature.
12h, 24h, Celsius or Fahrenheit.
1.3.12.2.1 Celsius and 24h [x0]
Time in 24h mode and temperature in Celsius.
1.3.12.2.2 Celsius and 24h [x0]
Time in 24h mode and temperature in Celsius, but on 6 Digit D-Line time is centered and
without running seconds.
