Slide the axle (7) through legs (4 and 5).

Place the sleeve (8) into the wheel (6) and slide onto the axel.

Add washer (C) onto the axel ends.

Thread 2 x M6 lock nuts (B) onto each long end and tighten with a 
wrench. 

The wheels should spin and not wobble.
