TYRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM (TPMS)
The TPMS signals the driver a possible insufficient
pressure if this falls below the warning limit for any
reason, including the effects of low temperature
and normal loss of pressure from the tyre.
Therefore, if insufficient tyre pressure is indicated
by the
warning light on the instrument panel,
you will need to increase the inflation pressure up
to the prescribed cold inflation value.
The TPMS will stop indicating insufficient tyre
pressure (
warning light is off on the instrument
panel) when it is equal to or greater than the
prescribed cold inflation pressure.
In order to see which tyre has insufficient pressure
on the Connect system display, proceed as follows:
– from the main menu (MENU button), select the
following functions in sequence by rotating and
pressing the Rotary Pad: Apps - My car - Tyre
pressure.
Inflation pressure
The tyre pressure values can be found in the “Use
and Maintenance” Instruction Manual or on the
IDENTIFICATION DATA SUMMARY PLATE placed
on the left side door pillar.
