Trouble Shooting
Problem
Remedy
Pump does not pump
Check the wiring diagram to ensure all connections are set up correctly.
Pump motor is hot
Stop motor and give motor time to cool down after a maximum of 30 minutes running time. After 30 minutes, start
again. If the motor is run for over 30 minutes, it will burn out the motor and void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Pump does not pump
Check all thread connections on the inlet and outlet sides to ensure no fuel leaks exist and no air is getting in.
