Malfunctions Problem Solution
The appliance is not
working. The electric circuit
is interrupted. − Check whether the
connection cable is plugged
in.
− Check whether the socket
is live. To do this, plug in
another electrical device (e.g.
a bedside lamp).
− Check if the connection cable
is damaged.
The temperature is
too high. The door does not seal
properly when closed
or has been opened too
often. − Resort the bottles so that the
door can be closed properly.
− Always open the door for a
short time only.
− Check the door seal.
The appliance is dirty. − Clean the appliance.
The appliance has been
set up in a place where
it is exposed to direct
sunlight or near a heat
source. − Move the appliance to a
different location.
− Set the appliance to a lower
temperature.
The LED display is
switched off. The power supply is
interrupted. − Check whether the
connection cable is plugged
in.
The control is defective. − Contact our Service Centre.
The controls do not
work. The temperature sensor
is defective. − Contact our Service Centre.
The interior light
