Precautions on using the device
1.This product is a sophisticated electronic device; please pay more attention to the usage:
2. Keep the product away from electromagnetic environment please.
3. When storing or carrying the product, please be careful not to press or squeeze the product.
4. When storing or carrying the product, keep it away from damp environments. The product should not be subjected to dripping or
splashing water.
5. Do not clean the product with water or other chemical agents clean the surface with soft cloth please.
6. Please do not use excessive force to press keys of the e-book.
7. Please do not put the e-book under sunshine directly. Keep it away from environments in high or low temperature.
8. Please do not shake or strike the e-book severely, and avoiding accidents such as falling.
9. In order to protect your hearing, do not adjust the volume too high (doctors point out that prolonged use of high volume will
damage listener’s hearing). When tinnitus occurs, please lower the volume or stop using.
10. When the expansion card is inserted, please pay attention to the tips marked on the product, do not counter insert the card or plug
it too vigorously, in case to damage the slot.
11. In order to avoid heating, please do not connect the USB to PC for too long. Pull out it from USB interface while not use.
12. Please do not use the product in environments such as heat, cold, dusty, wet and dry.
13. When the E-book is being formatted or in the progress of uploading and downloading, please do not stop it, otherwise the
documents will be damaged.

15. When this machine is used as a portable hard disk, please store and export the file according to correct file management
operation method; incorrect operation method may cause files missing, our company will not be responsible for this.
16. Please make ‘Disk Defragmenter’ regularly. Connecting the e-book and PC with the USB cable attached, formatting the E-book
with windows operating system after the PC matches it. (Formatting will clear away all the data inside E-book. So please make a
backup before formatting.)
17. Due to the difference of the capacity calculation, FAT partition table of the firmware and FLASH memorizer of the e-book take
certain space. There will be certain differences between the memory capacity marked in machine and the one showed in PC. It
depends on the firmware version of specific machine and its FLASH category. It is normal to meet with situation like this.
18. There are so many viruses in current computers that may damage the documents and firmware programs easily. Please strengthen
anti-virus. If the e-book has been infected and cannot be used, please upgrade firmware in a computer without virus, and to format
disk.
19. Our company will not make the responsibility for the documents missing which caused by damage, maintenance or other reasons
like this.
20. Please follow the manual to operate and make a backup for important data in common.
21. Please do not use the product in electronics forbidden areas.
22. Charging Precautions:
a) The product runs with reusable polymer lithium batteries. We advise you to charge for this product for full 8 hours for the first
several times. It will extend the using life if you making recharge after using out the batteries.
b) Please keep on charging for half an hour more after filling the product which will support longer time playing.
c) The lithium battery is supposed to replace by customer service. It can only be replaced by the same kind of battery. Users can not
replace by themselves own.
d) The using life of batteries will be different for different using situations or different production times.
23. Two ways of charging:
e) To charge by USB interface on PC. It will be in charging once matching E-book with computer no matter the product is power on
or off.
f) To charge via a compatible charger (adapter). It will start to charge after connecting the power line to electricity supply and
matching the other side to the player adapter.
g) It is normal once you find the product is heating-up during the whole charging progress.
Attention: power off and charge, connect the charger under power on, press key about 5s,the machine will enter charging
