TRANSFERRING A CALL
You have a call in progress and you wish to transfer the call to
another extension;
1.
Press the R/Recall key (the caller will hear hold music)
2.
Dial the destination extension number
3.
Replace handset to transfer the call
Note: You can announce your call by waiting for the destination
extension to answer before replacing the handset to complete the
transfer. If the destination extension does not answer, press the
R/Recall key to return to the original caller.

The 10 one touch buttons on your Alcatel Temporis 350 analogue
phone can be programmed with speed dial numbers.
The one touch buttons are programmed as follows:

Lift handset
2.
Press the Program key (

3.
Enter the number you want stored (i.e. #2 pin code then
336 9000)
4.
Select the one touch button you want that number stored
under
5.
Replace Handset
ERASING YOUR PERSONAL DIRECTORY
The one touch buttons can be erased as follows;
1.
Lift Handset

Press the Program key (
) twice
3.
Select the one touch button you want erased
4.
