BAK uses power from
the phone.
Charge your phone as you normally
would by connecting the USB charger to
the USB port.
For best experience, charge your phone
fully before use.
Troubleshooting
If your LightUp
SNAP
BAK is attached to
your phone but won't light up, try the
following:

Restart your device.
•
Remove and re-attach the cover.
•
Make sure the connectors on the cover
are clean before attaching.
•
Contact customer support if you
continue to experience issues.
