When busy: 

to forward all the coming calls to a designated number if 

your phone is busy 

No answer: 

to forward all the coming calls to a designated number if 

your phone is no answer 

Default:

 to forward all the coming calls to a designated number if 

your phone is switched off, no signal, Busy or No answer.
