Click the “VOL+” button to raise the
volum e.
The audio is m uted. Click the “MU TE” button to disable
the m ute function.
The earphones are not
connected properly.
Check if the earphone plug is clean
and well inserted.
The video is fine
but there is no
sound while
watching TV.
The device is located
close to strong m agnetic
field.
Move the device to another location
and use it again.
The battery is totally
discharged.
