4. OPERATION
This section describes the significance of the front panel indicators of the DAB2008C01
module and their remote control and monitoring ability.
4.1. Front panel description
The appearance of the front panel and the elements it contains are shown in the
following illustration.

In addition to the connectors previously described in the Interconnection section the
front panel includes the following indicators and controls:
In the STATUS box:
AUD.: This LED lights up in green when the audio level after any gains applied does not
pass the overload threshold for any of the channels and no saturation results
from the gains applied. Otherwise, this LED lights up in red.
BUS: This LED lights up in green when the reference signal from the internal
synchronization bus of the mounting frame has been detected and the module
has locked to the reference, the AUDIOFLEX stream has been detected, the stream
is error-free and the audio channels to be de-multiplexed are present in the
