Never allow children or other persons who
are not familiar with the operating manual to
use the device.
■
Children and teenagers should be super-
vised to ensure they do not play with the
device.
■
Cleaning and maintenance must not be
carried out by children.
■
Local regulations may specify the mini-
mum age of the user.
■
In addition to this operating manual, also ob-
serve the generally applicable statutory and
other regulations on accident prevention and
environmental protection.
■
Remember that you, as the user, are respon-
sible for accidents involving other people or
their property.
■
Do not work with the device in the event of
fatigue, illness or after the consumption of al-
cohol, medication or drugs that impair reac-
tions.
Preparatory measures
■
Always wear sturdy shoes and long trousers
when using and transporting the device. Do
not use the device when barefoot or wearing
light sandals. Avoid wearing loose clothing or
clothing with dangling cords or belts.
■
Inspect the device for completeness, proper
function, cracks in the material or deforma-
tions.
■
Never use the device if it is damaged! Con-
tact the manufacturer or have the device in-
spected by a qualified mechanic.
■
Always attach the device as prescribed. An
incorrectly attached device can come loose
during use and cause an accident.
Handling
■
Only use the device during daylight hours or
with good artificial lighting.
■
Never place your hands or feet on or under
the device during use.
■
Only use the device for four-wheeled motor-
ized vehicles.
■
Note the dimensions of the vehicle indicated
in the technical data.
■
Only drive onto the rails with the vehicle
straight and centred.
■
Do not transport persons on the device.
