13. Trouble Shooting list 

 

No Power 

※

Check if battery has been installed correctly, observing the polarity

.. 

No sound is heard from 

headphone. 

 

Check  the  Volume  is  set  to  “0”  Connect  the  headphone 

plugs firmly. 

 

Check headphone plug for dirt or tarnish. 

 

Corrupted  MP3  may  make  a  static  noise  and  the  sound 

may  cut  off.  Make  sure  that  the  music  files  are  not 

corrupted. 

 

If playing WMA files, the

y may be “Encoded” and will not 

play on this player.

 

Characters 

in the display are

Check correct language has been selected

Download of music files fails. 

 

Check    USB  cable  is  damaged  and  is  connected
