1) 

Remove the backing from the supplied adhesive compound.

2) 

Press some of the adhesive compound (just enough to cover 
the "footprint" of the pickup) on the underside of the pickup.

3) 

Press the pickup onto the bridge of your instrument or onto 
the soundboard, near the bridge.
