Portamento:

 You can set the glide plate to use 

portamento

 to move between notes for greater 

expressiveness in your performance.  

•

 

Release:

 Use this slider to set the CC value the glide plate will send when you are barely 

touching it. 

•

 

Press:

 Use this slider to set the CC value the glide plate will send when you are touching 

it fully. 

•

 

Pedal Switch (CC65):

 Select this checkbox to set the glide plate to send 

CC #65

 

(Portamento On/Off). Some modules may need this message to enable or disable 
portamento, though the EWI5000 and most modules do not need this. 

 

CC (Continuous Controller):

 You can set the glide plate to transmit other MIDI Continuous 

Controller (CC) data. 

•

 

CC Number:

 Use this slider to set the CC number the glide plate will send.
