INSTALLATION METHOD
OPERATING THE UNIT
1.- RESET BU TTON
T he un it must be reset under the following co nditio ns:
A) Prior to using this unit for the first time after installation.
B) If the unit f ails to operate properly, press the RESET with a pen tip o r other pointed instrument.
2. - SEL & VOL CONTROL BUTTON
A) Press the SEL re peated ly to select VOLUM E - BASS - TREBLE - BALANC E - FADER.
B) Press and hold the SEL to select EQ(JAZZ - ROCK - PO PS - CLASS - OFF ) ,LOUD(ON/OFF) and
BEEP(ON/OF F).
3. -POWER O N/OFF AND MUTE
Press t he PO WER to turn on this unit. To turn off theunit, press and ho ld this button unit it off.
During playin g, press this to mut e the sound.
4. - LCD DISPLAY
5. - MODE BUTTON
Press t he MODE to select RADIO/CARD(SD/MMC card inserted )/USB(flash driver inserted)
/AUX m ode.
IN SD/MMC, a nd USB mod e,press and hold t his button to activate TRACK SEARCH and
play the select track automatically.
6&7. - T UNE,SEEK, TRACK, SKIP UP/ DOWNBUTTONS
A) Radio mode
Press t he>>I or I<< to perform m anual seek tuning.
Press a nd hold the >>I or I<< to perform auto matic tuning .
T he unit will tune to the sta tion with strong signal.
B) SD/MMC, a nd USB mod e
P ress t he >>I or I<< to play the n ext or previo us track.
8. - BAND BUTTON
Press t he BAND to select radio band as follow:
FM1 -> FM2 -> FM3 -> MW1 -> MW2
Press a nd hold the BAND button to activate the auto stora ge fun ction. The unit sca ns and prese t
the stat ions with strongest signa l.(18stations in FM , 12 stations in MW )
9. - CLOCK BUTTON
Press t he CLK to show the time. To adjust the time, press and hold the CLK u ntil fla shing and
change HOUR or MINUTE by pre ss the >>I or I<< button.
10-15. - PRESET STATIONS MEMORY AND >II, INT, RPT, RDM BUTTONS
A) Radio mode
Press t he 1-6 buttons to se lect th e preset sta tions.
Press a nd hold the 1 -6 buttons to store the st ation that cu rrently listening.
B) SD/MMC, a nd USB mod e
P ress t he >II to pause or resume playing.
Press t he INT to play the first 10 secon ds of the tracks.
Press a gain to off th is function and the current track will keep playing.
Press t he RPT once to rep eat plays the curre nt track.
Press t he RPT twice to repeat plays the current folder.
Press t he RDM to tu rn random play on or off.
Press t he 5/6 to mov e up or down 10 tracks at a time(Note: when the remaining tracks les s than
10, this function is in valid)
16.-AUX JACK
Press t he MODE to select quxilia ry input playing mode wh en connecting with external audio
device.
17.-SD/MMC CARD SLOT
When SD/MM C card is ins erted,the unit is au tomatically switche d to SD/MMC mod e.(Note:if both
USB storage device and SD/MMC card inserted,the system will switch to the mode of the latest
connected.)
18.-USB PORT
When USB st orage device is connected,the u nit is automa tically switched to USB m ode.

Bend the tabs on the metal mounting
sleeve against the DASHBOARD with
a screwdriver.

For optimum anti-skip capability of the unit,
please ensure the metal support strap is
bolted firmly to the car chassis.
SOFT PLASTIC TRIM RING
To remove the unit out of the metal mounting sleeve,
insert the two supplied KEYS into the left and right side
slots of the chassis at the same time. Then pull the chassis
out of the metal mounting sleeve as shown in the right
illustration.
