NOTE:
1. In order to prolong the player life,
please restart the DVD player after 30
seconds when power off.
2. Please pull the plug out if the player is
not being used.
3. This player must be connected to a
matching rated voltage.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Power connected but DVD
player does not work.
Plug not inserted correctly. Connect the power supply again.
Disc inserted, but no tracks
and the play time shown on
the TV screen.
Disc inserted upside down, Disc
is dirty or cracked.
Correctly insert the disc, clean
or replace the disc.
No sound The AV cable is not correctly
connected or is loose.
Reconnect the AV cable and
ensure the TV is on the correct
channel.
No picture. The cables are not inserted
correctly.
Re-insert the cables, check
the SCART lead or AV cable is
connected correctly.
The remote control does not
work.
The battery does not have
enough power, the remote
controller is not correctly
pointed at the remote sensor or
the remote sensor is dirty.
Change the battery. Point the
remote controller directly at the
remote sensor, clean the surface
of the remote sensor.
During playing, the picture
stops moving, skips or the
sound is abnormal.
The disc is not in good condition
- cracked or dirty
The speaker is interfering with
DVD playback.
Clean or replace the disc, move
the speaker away from the
player.
