BRAKE DISCS
The brake discs are an important part of the braking
system. Pay attention to their condition. They should
not be heavily grooved or worn too thin. The front and
rear discs should be replaced when they reach their
minimum wear limit of 3mm thick.
Risk of injury or death.
If the braking system is not functioning correctly,
DO NOT ride the motorcycle.
Contact your AJS Dealer for assistance.
WARNING!
Do not apply grease, oil or water repellant to the
brake disc or loss of braking efficiency will occur.
WARNING!
The disc braking system employs high pressure
hydraulics. Brake hoses and brake fluid must be
replaced according to the service schedule or if
they are damaged or compromised.
