Check EOT, BOT, PHOTO
SENSOR, pins 17 and 18 of IC1006.

When a cassette is inserted,
is the voltage between pins
3 and 4 of CP1006?

Replace LOADING MOTOR.

Yes

When a cassette is
inserted, is the voltage at
pin 26 of IC1006 5V?

Check circuit of LOADING MOTOR.

Replace IC1006.

CASSETTE TAPE IS NOT
