Batteries must be inserted correctly to avoid damage to the radio. Always remove the
batteries when the radio will not be used for a long period of time, as this will cause
leakage to the batteries and subsequently damage to your device.
BATTERY INSTALLATION
Slide out cover and install
3 AA TYPE
batteries in the numbered order, making
sure to match the polarity markings inside the compartment as shown below:

If you are unable to turn on the radio, please check that the batteries were installed
correctly, the battery capacity is sufficient and the lock function has not been turned on.

KEY LOCK FUNCTION
Press and hold the

button for two seconds to set the
key lock function.
Once the key lock function is
enabled, the keyboard of the radio
will be lock.
To disable the key lock function,
press and hold for two seconds

button.

Note:

ake sure that the batteries have been installed over the ribbon inside the
compartment.
When the batteries need to be replaced, pull the ribbon to
remove the batteries easily from the compartment.

TIPS TO IMPROVE RECEPTION
A.
For FM/SW broadcasting:
In case of receiving FM/SW broadcasting, fully extend the telescopic antenna, and
adjust it’s length and direction to get a better reception.
B.
For MW/LW broadcasting:
There is magnetic antenna inside the radio. When receiving MW and LW broadcasting,
rotate the radio or change it’s location to achieve optimum reception.
