SELECTION OF INSTALLATION LOCATION (Refer Fig.9):  

Select the location for installation to assure adequate 
support of the air conditioner weight and minimum operating
nose and vibrations.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.

Installation of wooden frame: 

(Refer Fig. 10, 11, 12)

Inside dimensions of the wooden frame for the
various models shall be as outlined in the following 
table, referring to Fig. 11 and 12.
Position and fasten the wooden frame in the wall 
opening.
Fill in any open spaces between wall opening and 
frame with waterproof cement.
Verify, after cement has dried, that the frame is 
stable and well secured in the place.

Whenever possible, install the air conditioner on the
wall of the narrow side of the room.
In order to facilitate easy access to the control of the
air conditioner, the recommended elevation of the 
installation is 180 cm from the floor.  In addition, 
make sure to maintain a minimum clearance of 15 cm 
from any wall, floor or ceiling.
The wall opening should be suitable for enclosing a 
wooden frame for installation and fastening the unit.
Thus, the location on the wall shall be carefully 
considered, it must be free of any columns, trusses 
or beams, as well as any plumping or electrical 
installations.
Never obstruct the air flow of the indoor unit by way of 
the curtains, furniture or partitions of any kind.
The exterior air outlet must never be channelled into
closed spaces such as garages, basements etc.  Keep 
a minimum clearance of 15 cm around the unit and 
50 cm at the back.
Avoid installation of the air conditioner in locations 
affected significantly by solar radiation or by any heat 
sources such as furnaces, heating elements of any 
kind etc.
