7. MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST
7.1 Enclosure
(a)
Clean down external panels.
(b)
Remove panels.
(c)
Check insulation for damage or deterioration and repair as necessary.
7.2 Drain Pan
(a)
Check drain ports and piping are clear.
(b)
Clean out accumulated dirt.
(c)
Check for signs of rusting.
7.3 Refrigeration system
(a)
Gas leak check.
(b)
Check for pipes or capillaries rubbing or vibrating.
(c)
Check compressor for unusual noise or vibration.
(d)
Check discharge temperature.
(e)
Crankcase heater to be energised during off cycle.
7.4 Outdoor Coil
(a)
Clean fin surfaces as required.
(b)
Note condition of fans and motors.

Clean fillers.
(c)
Check condition of fan and fan motor.

Check fin surface is clean.

7.6 Protective Devices
(a)
Check operation of high pressure control.
7.7 Electrical
(a)
Check fuse rating and condition.
(b)
Check for loose terminal screw.
(c)
Visually check condition of contacts.
(d)
Generally check for loose wiring.
7.8 Replace panels, replacing any missing screws.
