with blinking display: press SW2(UP)and the
valve is fully opened; press SW1(DOWN) and
the valve is fully closed; exit the setting state
automatically after 2 mins.
Press SW1(DOWN) for 2 secs continuously,
displaying 0000 to exit the setting state and stop
blinking.
