IMPORTANT:
•
When inflated, the air pressure will prevent ingress of water into the unit but it cannot be
guaranteed to stop all water reaching the electrical parts. Therefore, we do not recommend
operating the unit in the rain.
•
When the dome is deflated the lights and speaker should be removed as soon as possible
and stored safely. The wiring harness should be left in place and the unit should be rolled to
prevent water lying on the unit and seeping into the sockets. If you suspect water has
entered any of the electrical components they should not be used until completely dry and
tested. We recommend taking professional advice where necessary.
•
All cables and electrical equipment must be tested in accordance with the regulations of
your country. You must ensure all items are CE marked.
•
In accordance with HSE guidelines all 240v equipment should be protected with an RCD
having a maximum trip current of 30 mA.
