It is a checklist for the control board's fault codes. Inspection and intervention must be carried out
by authorized persons.
If the alarm code is "0", the unit is operating at normal condition and does not give any warning.
The unit gives the alarm code "1" when it receives a fire signal. In this case, one of the
predetermined fire scenarios is applied. Detailed information on fire scenarios can be found in
the register 81 (selection of fire senario).
If the unit unexpectedly gives this alarm code, check the "FIRE" input on the terminal board and
then the "STD_IN" socket between the control card and the jammer card.
If the heater or pre-heater mode is active (you can find detailed information about the modes in
the user manual), in case of a fault signal is received to the HT or HT_P inputs from the safety
device on the heater, the alarm code gives the value "2". In this case, the unit continues to
operate in fan mode, the heaters will not operate.
If the unit unexpectedly gives this alarm code, please check the HT and HT_P sockets. Also
please check the status (if it works or not) and the wiring of the safety device on the heaters.
After the unit is turned on, the system continuously checks the tacho information from the fans. If
there is a problem with the information from the supply fan, the unit will close and the alarm code
gives the value "3".
If the unit unexpectedly gives this alarm code, the connections of the FAN_OA socket needs to
be checked. Also please check all connectrions of supply fan.
After the unit is turned on, the system continuously checks the tacho information from the fans. If
there is a problem with the information from the exhaust fan, the unit will close and the alarm code
gives the value "4".
If the unit unexpectedly gives this alarm code, the connections of the FAN_RA socket needs to be
checked. Also please check all connectrions of exhaust fan.
If Ter_OA sensor on the unit gives values other than -40°C and 80°C, the alarm code gives the
value "5".
If the unit unexpectedly gives this alarm code, the wiring to the TER_OA socket needs to be
checked.
