Attach the tread of the lower ladder (20) to the tab on the chassis (2)

Attach two longerons (13) to the sides lower frame (10) and a third to
attach the upper lugs of the ladder (20) to the lower frame.

Make sure that the top face of each wheel is flat (file these areas flat
because these are the casting feeds) and attach the wheels to the
chassis.
