1)
Install new heater into diffuser plate.
2)
Route wires back to the terminal bar where the previous heater was hooked up.
3)
Route air tube back to the pneumatics panel and securely push into fitting labeled diffuser air
(right or left).
For CXX units TB23 with TB24 (right diffuser) TB21 with TB22 (left diffuser).
4)
Locate the terminal bar in the right side power panel. Power up machine and immediately check
TB18 with 22 (left diffuser) TB18 with 21 (right diffuser). If 1/2 volt or more is present, immediately
turn off machine and replace the Solid State Relay controlling that heater.
