To use the 3GPP function, in addition to previous section, you might need more

information or configuration to make this function work.

Note

that to use the 3GPP function, it strongly recommends to install the Networked

Device with a public and fixed IP address without any firewall protection.

RTSP Port:

Port 554 is the default for RTSP service. However, sometimes, some service

providers change this port number for some reasons. If so, user needs to change this

port accordingly.

Dialing procedure:

1. Choose a verified player (PacketVideo or Realplayer currently)

2. Use the following URL to access:

Where

is the host name or IP address of the camera.
