9. WARRANTY
The warranty period of the product is 12 months from the date of purchase.
The importer is responsible for the replacement of the damaged machine or machine
parts caused by defects in material and manufacturing workmanship, if they are found
to be defective in a control.
When submitting a warranty claim the purchaser has to present the receipt, purchase
invoice, warranty certificate or delivery note. The product must be returned complete
and it must be equipped with a defect report.
The product warranty is void if the machine has been opened, the machine parts have
been changed, the machine has been repaired or its structure has been modified. The
warranty is not valid in professional use or when the machine has been leased.
The warranty does not cover damages that are caused by normal wear, misuse or abuse.
The warranty does not cover the shipment, damaged caused during the shipment or any
indirect costs.
Only the maintenance service authorized by the importer can perform the warranty
repairs.
