Troubleshooting

The entire keyboard is not responding.
If your keyboard is not responding, try each of the
following procedures in the order listed below:

Bypass any port replicators, USB hubs, KVM switches,
and so on. Connect the receiver directly to a port on the
computer.

Check to see that the keyboard connector is securely
plugged into the correct port on the computer.

Try connecting to a different USB port (if multiple ports
exist).

Verify that another USB connected device works on the
same port.

Shut down the system, wait 10 seconds, and then restart
the system.
