8.3 How to set a Measuring Channel
In the ALMEMO

470 wireless data logger channel designation and
limit values can be set. Further measuring channel settings in the
ALMEMO
®
D7 or D6 plug can only be set in the ALMEMO
®
Control
software via a suitable ALMEMO
®
measuring device or via a
ALMEMO
®
USB data cable ZA 1919 AKUV.
Only change the ALMEMO
®
sensor on the wireless ALMEMO
®
interface when the wireless ALMEMO
®
interface has been switched
off.
8.3.1 How to enable and disable a Measuring Channel
One ALMEMO
®
470 wireless data logger can process a maximum of
40 measuring channels, and a maximum of ten ALMEMO
®
wireless
sensors can be connected to the data logger. Since wireless
ALMEMO
®
interfaces can have up to ten measuring channels, it may
be helpful to disable measuring channels of a wireless sensor that
are not needed to be able to process enough measuring channels on
the ALMEMO
®
470 wireless data logger.
Disable a measuring channel

wireless sensor, the ALMEMO

D7 or D6 plug of the desired

sensor
must be plugged into the ALMEMO

input socket
