When performing the complete cleaning of the sprayer, it is recommended to also clean the filling
container (17 – Figure 4.5). Open the selector valve (5 – Figure 4.5) for the filling container and
activate the valve on the container to use the packaging cleaner (8 – Figure 7.7). After cleaning, close
the valve and pump the water back into the reservoir using the ejector nozzle (20 – Figure 4.5). Make
sure that the cover of the filling container is closed during cleaning!
After washing the inside of the reservoir and pumping all the water from the additional reservoir,
adjust the suction valve (14 – Figure 4.5) to pumping from the main reservoir, close the selector valves
(24 – Figure 4.5) on the regulator and open the sectional spraying valves (7 – Figure 4.5) to empty the
reservoir through the spraying nozzles.
The valve flow direction is marked with an arrow on the lever of the valve. The lines that must be
opened for complete cleaning of the sprayer are shown in Figure 7.11.

PARTIAL CLEANING OF THE SPRAYER
Partial cleaning of the sprayer includes the cleaning of the filter (6 – Figure 4.5), the pump (3 – Figure
4.5), the pressure regulator (7 – Figure 4.5) and nozzles (10 – Figure 4.5) without changing the
concentration of spray in the main reservoir (1 – Figure 4.5). Direct the spray towards the suction
valve by adjusting the drain valve on the main reservoir (12 – Figure 4.5). Adjust the direction of the
suction valve (14 – Figure 4.5) to pump liquid from the additional tank containing clean water. The
excess water will be directed back towards the pump through the three-way valve (22 – Figure 4.5).
The regulator must be adjusted for spraying (7 – Figure 4.5). The valve flow direction is marked with
an arrow on the lever of the valve. The clean water flow is opened through the filter, the pump and the
pressure regulator and directed though the nozzles for a complete emptying of the system. The amount
of spray in the main reservoir remains the same.
