Sequence valve (D) Knife advance timing
When lifting the bags, if the knives advance
before the arm reaches maximum height,
adjust valve D clockwise for more pressure until
correct timing is achieved.
VALVE ADJUSTMENTS
Throttle Valves A & B
Slow down lift arm speed = turn valve
clockwise.
NOTE: You must slacken the locking nut
before attempting to move the adjuster.
NOTE: Both throttle valves on hydraulic
cylinder A & B must be adjusted to the
same thread depth, this is achieved by
checking the length of the thread
exposed above the locking nut.
Throttle Valves (1 of 2) are located on the 2
x main lift rams.
Sequence valve (C) - Knife retract pressure
Anti-clockwise = Reduce pressure.
C lockwise = Increase pressure.
If the knives retract before the bag has been
cut, increase pressure on valve A.
