NovoCyte Fluidics Station II
NovoCyte Quanteon flow cytometer comes with one NovoFlow sheath fluid
container (3 L), one NovoRinse solution container (500 mL), one NovoClean
solution container (500 mL), and one waste container (3 L) by default (Figure 21).
The four containers should be placed in the designated positions on the supplied
NovoCyte Fluidics Station II. Underneath each container there is a pressure sensor
(Figure 22) to monitor the remaining liquid volume in real time, allowing the
system to give a warning message when the fluid runs low or the waste is close to
full.
