Repairing the Autosampler

Needle-Drive Motor and Belt

Before beginning this procedure:

❏

Remove the top cover (page 128).

Lift away the drive belt.

Disconnect the motor connector from the SUD

board (labelled “Needle M”).

Remove the metering head assembly (see

“Gripper Arm” on page 123).
