Agilent 86038B Photonic Dispersion and Loss Analyzer, Second Edition

File Menu

The File menu is used to save, recall, and print data.

Recall

Retrieves all previously saved instrument state, trace data, and

normalization data.

Save

Saves the current instrument settings, trace data points, and
normalization data. The file is saved with a .oda extension.

When this file is recalled using File >Recall, all the setup
parameters will be set to the saved conditions.

Selecting

Additional Data export

Additional Mueller/PMD

export

will also cause the corresponding .csv or .pme file to be

exported with the same file name. See Export below.

Export

Saves a file for use with external applications. There are six
supported export file formats:
