Turn on the Agilent 83400-series source and an optical power meter, and allow
them to warm up for 1 hour.

Calibrate the optical power meter, and then measure the output power of the
source. Compare the measured value to the specified power level listed in
Chapter 3, “Specifications and Regulatory Information”
