Mount VFD Control Box
•
The potentiometer is used to control the speed of the spreader pan, which controls the spread
pattern of the grain.
•
NECO recommends that the control box be placed near the bin manway hatch, so that the
operator can see clearly to adjust the speed.
The customer is responsible for:
1. Choosing the location for the VFD control box.
2. Providing materials and labor to connect the control box to the motor junction box, including a
properly sized and placed fused disconnect box.
3. All materials and work should conform to local, state, and national electrical codes. NECO
strongly suggests contacting your local electrician.
