Insert the filter end of the tubing into the reservoir of water.
Make sure that the end of the tubing with the metal fitting is at the bottom of the
reservoir so that air will not be drawn into the tubing. The metal fitting helps
compensate for the tendency of the tubing to float when it is empty.

Go to the Maintenance screen (tap the Back button
on any screen and tap the
MAINTENANCE
button
on the Main Menu).

SUPPLY TANK Fill

in the message that appears. You will do so after a few steps.
NOTE
The message shown in
shows a waste valve that may not exist on your instrument
model. Disregard the waste valve image.

7.
Open the main door and lift the front access panel to access the tank control valves.
for instructions on opening the front access panel.

Set the tank valves to position "A2" for filling the supply tank (see
).

WARNING!
Do not leave the tank valve levers in the straight-up position. This shuts off fluid flow
and will damage the instrument pumps if the instrument is operated in this state. The levers should
always point to A or B, or 1 or 2, depending on the current operation.
9.
Close the front access panel and the main door.
