• Set the PTO shaft to off and do again step 5 with more of a decrease in PTO revolutions per
minute
• Do again steps 5 and 6 one or more times until you remove the blockage.
If it is not possible to remove the blockage in the machine with this procedure, (e.g. because of a
foreign object in the feed channel) refer to troubleshooting.
7.
After you remove the blockage, set the speed of the PTO shaft to the correct speed.
8.
Push the button to close the feed channel floor. The cutting blades stay in the non cutting
position.
9.
Push the button to engage the cutting device.
10.
Operate the double acting valve in the tractor until the feed channel floor is closed. When the feed
channel floor symbol changes from red to black continue to the subsequent step.
11.
Continue to operate the control valve of the tractor until 5 seconds after the knives are in the cutting
position. This will let the hydraulic accumulators fill.
12.
Push the button to engage the pick-up.
13.
Put the double acting valve in the tractor on float.
14.
Start driving and continue to make bales.
NOTE:
Decrease the drive speed to prevent long and frequent blockages. Although the PTO shaft is
on, during a blockage the machine stops because the cam-type, cut-out clutch stops the driving
torque.

3.5.13 Shut Down Procedure on the Field
Procedure
1.
Make sure that the bale chamber and wrapper are empty.
2.
Decrease the engine speed to idle.
3.
Disengage the Power Take-Off (PTO) shaft.
4.
Lift fully the pick-up with the double acting valve in the tractor.
5.
Examine the home screen if:
a) The bale transfer is in
b) The tailgate is closed
c) There is no bale on the wrapper
d) The wrapper table and the wrapper ring are in the safe position.
If necessary set these parts manually correct on the page “Adv. Menu > Manual Control”.
6.
Go to the page “Tasks > Transport Position”.
7.
Push the button to put all wrapper parts in the transport position.
8.
Turn "OFF" the tractor engine and remove the key.
