Force Data Transfer (Sync)
If you suspect that data is not being transferred from the
meter to the App, you can force the two to sync.

In the App, navigate to the “Meters” section of the menu.

You should see your meter listed. If there are no meters
listed, you must pair your meter to your App. See pairing
instructions at the start of this chapter.

If you see your meter listed, tap on the “Sync” button.

Press the Meter Button on your meter to activate the
screen.
All new data will transfer to the App and the meter will be
set with the time and date of your supported device.
All test result scorecards in the App that have been synced
from the meter cannot be deleted.
