3.3 Project example
Fitting notice
Water system installation

Drain pipe, overflow pipe of water tank should fit near by drainage channel to facilitate
drain, drain pipe should install drain valve.
●
Service valve should be installed before installing electropneumatic valve on the system
pipe to facilitate troubleshooting later.
●
User water pressure should lower than 0.6Mpa.
●
User should choose metal pipe( such as stainless steel, plastic-lined, stainless steel lined
steel pipe or thin wall copper pipe), in case take plastic pipe( such as PP-R pipe, ABS
pipe etc), user should consider pipe flexibility between unit and water tank.
●
Drain valve and disconnecting valve of system maybe need to stillst and in winter(as per
local winter temperature) to avoid frost shake.

System should match pipe according manual, and according to related national standard
to construction.

Pipe installation should horizontal or upright, pipe decorate reasonably, reduce bend
as much as possible, reduce resistance loss of water system.

there couldn't find leakage phenomenon in pipe and the joint.

leak proofness water pressure test should be done after finished the fitting of supplying
water pipe, cycle pipe between unit and water tank, meantime blow down to sure system
clean.

After test permition no leakage, take steps to stillst and hot water pipe.
