Protecting the Address Book
If user authentication is specified, you can specify who is allowed to access the data in the address book.
To protect the data from unauthorized reading, you can also encrypt the data in the Address Book.
Encrypting Data in the Address Book
This can be specified by the user administrator.
You can encrypt the data in the Address Book using the extended security function, "Encrypt Address Book".
