7.3AT PROGRAM INFORMATION
1) MANUAL:
A workout that allows you to manually adjust the speed and incline values at any time.
2) ROLLING HILLS:
A level-based workout that automatically adjusts the speed and incline value to simulate walking or
running up hills.
3) FAT BURN:
Fat burn is a level-based workout that is designed to help users burn fat through various speed and incline
changes.
4) 5K:
A workout with a fixed distance of 5 kilometers (3.1 miles). Incline is adjusted automatically throughout the workout.
You control the speed.
5) FITNESS TEST PROGRAM:
A workout based on the Gerkin protocol. This test has various stages increasing treadmill
speed and incline until your maximum heart rate is reached. Your score is based on your gender, age and time needed
to complete the test.
